[chiglug] Programming Tonight & EFF event plans

Hey Jim and Meg,
I can probably help find a venue. How many people do you think will show
up to this event? Is this an all day thing or a few hour meeting? Any
details like that will be useful.
I'd also be interested in attending that planning call.
