[chiglug] Programming Tonight & EFF event plans

Thanks, Joel. We aren't sure on numbers yet, but we can ask. The EFF
recently ran a similar event in LA. Something bigger than PS one.
Probably the size of a room at flourish would be good.

Once I have the phone call dial in details I will share them via emails
to those who want them.
