[chiglug] wanted: container farm for testing playbook

I had initially thought that Carl was looking for hosting space, but he is
looking for help with containers. Anyone who has good familiarity with
containers, please feel free to get in touch w/ Carl either on-list or
directly w/Carl via his excellent email address.
