[chiglug] Sep 3 Djangonauts meetup looking for devops

I'm not sure if this is more "enterprise-y" a solution than you were hoping
for, but I've had good luck using Puppet with hiera-eyaml (
https://github.com/TomPoulton/hiera-eyaml). The primary author is a
Chicagoan, as well, but I don't actually have his contact information.
