I would be happy to recommend a talk on this.  (I don't make the call,
that's Brian's problem.)  Are you offering to talk?

I am pretty sure that most of the benefit of the talk will come from making
it clear what the problem is and showing a solution.  So far I just see
"the server can read values from the os env and that way you don't store
them in your .py files."  True, but no one ever told me where the values
are stored and how they got there.

If you think hiera-eyaml isn't a good fit for smaller installs or
something, explain why or something to once again help define the problems
that need to be solved in various scenarios.

Also, there is a chicago-devops group.  less than a year ago was a devops
conference and secret management was one of the BOFs, so I guess it isn't a
well solved problem, thus you could talk there too.
