Why not use a separate workspace to organize? Run a separate window with
Calendar, time tracking, eBay, Amazon, Intellicast, .. then a different
workspace for each project/VM?

Having one browser instance open with 100 tabs (which I have seen, way
ugly) is so single purpose <g>!
