I know nothing about the BSD init, but in my opinion a talk on all the
rest of those specific inits would be missing all the good ones. Also,
it leaves out all the inits that a mere mortal can lay down, without a
package manager, and make it work.
Just for fun, install Void Linux in one VM (runit), and Manjaro-OpenRC
(OpenRC) in another. Compare OpenRC's init scripts with Runit's run
scripts (in the /etc/sv/daemonname directory).
