[chiglug] VC with video presenation

Trying to setup video conferencing for a group next week, .. just finished
a test with BigBlueButton and had the same problem as Jitsi:

	There is no way to use the system audio as input.

Neither Firefox, Chrome, or Chromium worked, .. and, in addition, BBB on
an iPad wouldn't even connect.

Has anyone possibly seen an open source solution that might work?
