Hey Meg,

That sounds great for June. Although we don't have a date set yet, I'm sure we can come up with one & get things situated for that month. Thank you.

As for this upcoming meeting, May 2nd starting at 1:00pm sounds fine with me. We may adjust things to be later (2pm?) if I've misunderstood Freddie's comment. Once we confirm the time (likely 1:00pm) we can get announcements out via the regular channels.

As for where to host the server-y bits to run the video streaming, I don't have a super-strong preference. I know Carl offered to use his hardware which is online at PS:One, but I don't know if bandwidth out of PS:One is good enough to handle streaming out to about 20+ connected viewers (maybe it is - I simply don't know).

Otherwise we can look to set something up elsewhere. If you have any thoughts on the needed streaming resources, feel free to chime-in.
