[chiglug] February meeting date (Feb 10th) and planning

Hi all,

I spoke with Jim and we thought it would make sense to just have one
speaker with a longer presentation. Since we have an interesting technical
stack (debian packages, ubuntu, different build tools + hardening features)
it would be cool to jump into that.

Note that if anyone wants to work and hack on SecureDrop, there will be
time. We use Virtualbox for our development environments but Vbox isn't
possible for all users (*i.e. if you use QubesOS)*. So we have a Docker
environment for the main two interfaces but not for the hardening
architecture. Instructions can be found online [0] but you also need the
development environment dependencies [1].

I can't wait to see you all AFK. BTW, I have connections with FPF and
Mozilla so once a meetup has been created, I can push it around all over
the Internet.

Best,
Freddy
