[chiglug] EFF event planning update

Hi All,

Just a short update on the Eff event planning.

We had a call getting-started call with the EFF on Monday, 2/8, and
have another call scheduled for 2/22. Overall event planning is going
well, as well. We have a likely location (thanks, Joel!), and two
possible event dates - 4/9 and (more likely) 4/16.

If you'd like to participate in the event planning, we'll have the
dial-in details available as we get closer to Monday.
