Thanks for the link.  That would be nice if it worked out as his
lawyer described, but I won't get my hopes up for now.  It took awhile
for our government to form a favorable opinion of Daniel Ellsberg.

Interesting to read that the name of the lawyer's book is "Time of The
Octupus".  A quick search showed that this is one of the source
materials for Oliver Stone's Snowden movie:
