[chiglug] rax.py

When using ansible to build dynamic inventory of rackspace or aws
resources.  Ansible seems to use a special python script for each
provider.  The one for rackspace is called rax.py, but I am not finding
clear instructions on rax.py.  Instructions on where to get rax.py, which
one to use, since I have found multiple rax.py scripts. Also what to do
with the script once I find one that works.  I was hoping I could from
other people that already have ansible setup on rackspace on what they were
doing.  Sorry for the confustion and I hope this clears things up.
