[Discuss] Proposing OpenShift & Docker as a Meetup topic for May

Hello All,

Sorry I'm a little late to this discussion. My only reservation about
having an OpenShift and Docker talk is that someone has presented on
both of those topics recently. We should put some effort into making
sure out talks cover a broad range of topics.
